CSS workshop for online journalism

in Education, Journalism, Portfolio

Last Friday I taught my first workshop in the AW multimedia newsroom, an introductory primer on CSS geared toward online journalists.

This workshop is intended to go over the nuts and bolts of CSS as a web design language, with an applied focus on online news/magazine page layouts, typography, columns, white space, photos and captions.
